Richard Winward LLB FCIArb F.Inst CES is a solicitor and a founding partner of Winward Fearon where, until 2002, he was the head of the Construction Law Department and finance partner responsible for financial planning and the management and implementation of financial and regulatory controls. Richard was pivotal in the development of the business from start-up to one of the leading construction law firms in the UK. He has advised on and drafted procurement and project documentation for major building and civil engineering projects, JV’s, PPP's and PFI's. Project values have ranged between £10 million and £2 billion. In 2004 he co-founded CPR with co-director David Trench.
Richard is CEO of Designing Buildings Ltd.
